Tracy Williams

Tracy focuses on operations, providing administrative support to partners, venture partners, and across the firm. She gets great satisfaction in knowing her work can make a difference in someone's life. Hearing about new mothers receiving treatment with Zulresso, the first drug approved for postpartum depression, and knowing that our company played a major role in its development, is just one example of the multitude of reasons Tracy is happy to come to work every day. She is excited to see even more drugs on the horizon for the treatment of illnesses and diseases that were never thought possible.

Tracy is proud that her hard work and independence through the years have gotten her to where she is today, and looks forward to continuing to grow at Third Rock.
