Mark Levin

Mark is an industry visionary with

than 25 years of experience building and operating leading biotech
companies. After
10 years at Lilly and Genentech, Mark was co-founder of Mayfield life
sciences efforts where he was founding CEO of Tularik, Cell Genesys/Abgenix,
Focal, Stem Cells and Millennium Pharmaceuticals. Mark was at Millennium
as CEO for 12 years.

Kevin Starr

Kevin has more than 20
years of
experience in management of finance, technology, and operations in biotech.
As COO/CFO of Millennium, Kevin led the business teams responsible for
raising
several billion dollars through partnerships
and equity offerings. Kevin held leadership positions at Biogen, and he
serves on the board of directors for several leading
biotech companies.

Robert Tepper, MD

Bob is an experienced
scientific and medical entrepreneur. Bob was president of R&D and CSO at
Millennium. Bob also co-founded Cell Genesys/Abgenix. He is a trained
oncologist
and molecular biologist, an adjunct professor at Harvard Medical School
and an advisory board member of several leading health
care institutions.

Nick Leschly

operational skills. Nick led Millennium’s flagship compound, VELCADE,
as product and alliance leader including management of a $100M+ global
development plan. Nick was Founder

years of business development experience, successfully facilitating more
than 30 collaborations for both newly emerging and fully established
biotech companies. During his 10 years at Biogen, Cary served in a
variety of senior roles focused on business and market development and
commercial operations both in the US and internationally.

Lou is a recognized
thought leader in the field of obesity and has authored more than 50
scientific publications. Lou was SVP and General Manager at Gene Logic,
a business unit he founded at Millennium when he was VP of New Ventures,
in addition to serving as VP of Metabolic Diseases.

Kevin Gillis

Kevin has 20 years of financial operating
experience in the biotech and consumer products industries. Previously,
Kevin served as VP, Finance at Coley Pharmaceutical, during its IPO and
acquisition by Pfizer in 2008. Prior to his tenure at Coley, Kevin
served as Associate Director, Finance at Millennium Pharmaceuticals and
as Financial Controller at The Coca-Cola Company.

Neil Exter

Neil most recently served as CBO of
Alantos Pharmaceuticals, leading the sale
of the company to Amgen.
Previously, Neil served as VP for Millennium Pharmaceuticals, leading
product in-licensing and M&A. Neil also spent two decades within high
tech in senior roles, including tenures at Hewlett Packard and Wang
Laboratories.
